TEDTOY is proud to carry some of the finest examples of the toy soldier craft. The work of Old Northwest is a bit of a departure for us as these are all in the matte style. But while preferring glossy figures when doing my own soldiers, I've never had a problem with matte - as long as the end result works! And with Old Northwest it definitely works. These figures are sculpted by Ken Osen who has brought to life so many modern toy soldiers in lines produced by Britains, Conte, and Troiani. They are highly detailed, dynamic in pose, well-proportioned and in a consistent scale. Every possible effort has been made to ensure historical accuracy. They are painted in a matte finish making them compatible with most other lines currently available. Not only will the sets work well with the great vehicles from Forces of Valor, 21st Century, etc. but some sets are designed to ride in or on the vehicles allowing new possibilities for your collection.
