Ordering Information

Since toy soldiers are hand-made, (sometimes by very persnickety artists!) there may be a long wait for your figures to be produced.  This is most true for my own work, Tedtoy Miniatures.  I do most of the work on each and every figure in my line, from the original sculpture to putting the label on the box.  Therefore stock is usually very low and backorders may take a while.  I will do my best to give you a fair approximation of just how long you might have to wait.

Ordering any of the fine items listed on these pages
can be done three ways:

1. On line ordering is done using our secure shopping cart.  Your credit card is never charged until your items are ready to ship.
    

2. Phone orders can be place by calling 270-689-4090.
    

3. Mail orders can be sent to 1301 Walnut St., Owensboro, KY  42301.  You can also use the shopping cart for this.  Just check the check/money order box and email or put in the comments section that you'll be calling or sending payment.
    

4. You can also email your order if you are a previous customer.  We should have your info on file.  And we can contact you via email if there is some other info we need.  Please just don't submit credit card info by email.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. 
Also personal check and money order.

Please note:
For pre-orders we do not charge you until an item is ready to ship, but we must have your card info with your order in order to secure the item for you.
